dBpoweramp Music Converter 13.3 is a program to convert files between audio formats. When you install it, it will create three separate entries into the program's folder. These are the entries for each of the three modules included in the program: Music Converter, Batch Converter and CD Ripper. Each one of the modules has its own interface. This program is able to perform conversions between MP3, MP4, M4a, WMA, Ogg Vorbis, AAC, Monkey Audio, FLAC and ALAC (Apple Lossless), among others. This may be done using the "Music Converter" module. You will be able to choose the format, compression, bitrate, name and folder for the file. "Batch Converter" allows you to batch convert a list of files. You'll be able to set the parameters for each individual file. dBpoweramp Music Converter also allows you to rip audio CDs to MP3 files, by using the "CD Ripper" module. Once installed, this program adds info to the system's "Properties" menu. This contextual menu's window will give you more information about audio files, such as album's cover, audio properties and ID tags. |
